Yes, there are. Your tent will have a copy of this within it, when you arrive. These are here to help you have the most comfortable stay that you can and to give you tips to ensure that you receive your full deposit back after the event.

Yes, you do. After initial contact, we will take any further action with yourselves as an agreement of our conditions.
We will deliver the tent on the date you require (if within a 25-mile radius of our base – IP26 4PE), pitch it on the day and dismantle it when all is done.
Absolutely! We simply require 45p a mile outside the coverage area either way.
We are afraid not. Suitable ground is needed – relatively flat and well drained – to insure secure tethering. We also require good access to the site and for it to be within 20m from our transport.
Bell tents are circular, so the size given is diameter (including guy ropes).
4m: 7m diameter min.
5m: 8m diameter min.
6m: 10m diameter min.
4m: sleeps 1-4 adults
5m: sleeps 1-5 adults
6m: sleeps 1-7 adults
You can in another 6 months! The hirer needs to be 21 years of age.
Yes, you can – subject to availability. Please contact us to find out. (Excluding weddings)
Yes, you can.
We are afraid not. To keep you safe, no heating/cooking devices or naked flames (e.g., candles) must be within the tents. These would be a potential fire risk.
You would need to check with the venue. However, regarding our tents, the fire must be at least 10m away from the tent.
No. Use of vapes and e-cigarettes are also not permitted/
Yes, you may. However, we ask that the tents are not tampered with or have any item attached to them. Please note, all tents come with bunting and fairy lights.
No. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed inside the bell tents.
Preferably, contact us by email, as we are often out in a field. Let us know what you require, and we will do our best to provide it, informing you of the cost.
With a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the hire charges.
This is payable 4 weeks before the commencement date agreed at the time of the booking. We will send you a reminder.
Yes, you can. We simply require 100% payment at the time of the booking.
If you cancel 4 weeks prior to the date originally booked, £100 will be deducted from the refund. If you cancel less than 4 weeks of the date, we cannot issue a refund.
If there are exceptional circumstances (e.g., high winds), then we may have to cancel. We cannot control the weather and will always assess the situation for your safety. In the case of cancellation, we will offer you some deal or another date.
Your invoice will include the cost of the goods and service that you require, and the ‘loss and damage’ deposit.
You will. We require a deposit of £100 per tent to cover against (but not limited to) damages, breakages or extra cleaning that may be required. This will be returned within 10 days of the dismantling of the tent, minus any deductions, if applicable. Any loss and damages exceeding the £100 damage deposit will be invoiced to the hirer.
We can supply up to 20 bell tents.
All tents will be pitched the day prior to the event. The time that the tents will be available for the guest to arrive is to be decided by the couples and the venue owners. We ask that all tents are vacated in the morning on the day after the event.
When you contact us or make a booking, make sure that you quote the URN to link you to the event that you will be attending.
If 10+ tents have been booked for the wedding event that you will be attending, you will receive a 10% discount from the price that you were invoiced for.
If 10+ tents were booked, you will receive the 10% discount along with the return of the ‘loss and damage’ deposit (minus any deductions, if applicable).
